What are delivery times?
Many goods are generally in stock in our wharehouse; if not, delivery times are generally about 3/4 weeks for standard products and about 5/6 weeks for custom products
Prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes?
Prices are inclusive of VAT for the only Italian and European market (European Community); for countries outside the EU, VAT and customs fees are not included and must be paid locally if required by laws and rules of the destination country
Is it possible to have custom boots?
Yes, you can request to have custom tailored boots, by height, width, color choice of the leather and also on the client design (send e-mail for info) or adding a zip.
What are the prices for the models to measure?
The surcharge for custom models is 30 or 50 euros (above knee or over knee boots) for changing measures (ex. enlargement of the calf), for different heights from the standards is to add the cost (to quantify ) the increased amount of leather used (30 to 120 euros). For custom client design ask for quote.
How can I check the fit?
The site has two pages: one with a conversion table for international measures of the foot, the other with the average size of the boots for height and girth (circumference)
Is it possible to the combined delivery of multiple pairs?
Yes, it is possible for a small surcharge, see shipping page
Is it possible to change the measure?
It is possible, with shipment charges paid by the buyer
The Runnerbull boots are Italian products?
Yes, the boots Runnerbull are completely "Made in Italy", only with Italian materials and craftsmanship.
Runnerbull products are intended for men only?
No, altough currently boots Runnerbull are intended mainly to men, we have also some models and sizes for women
The boots are made of leather?
Yes, Runnerbull boots are made exclusively with fine Italian leather
There is a type of discount for retailers?
Yes, it is possible, send an email asking for detailed informations
There are other forms of discount?
Yes, there are supplies for groups (ex. motorcycle clubs) or to sites, persons or bloggers who advertise the product, send an email for informations
