To calculate the extent of the circumference of the calf of the other measures add about 0.8 / 1 cm (1/4 - 1/3 of inch)  for each number from 43 up, take away about 0.8 / 1 cm (1/4 - 1/3 of inch) for the numbers from 43 down
To calculate the height of the other measures add about 1 cm (1/3 of inch)  for each number from 43 up, take away about 01 cm (1/3 of inch) for the numbers from 43 down
